Vision

Mission

The Hidden Gardens Trust was established in 2005 and exists to promote sanctuary, peace and community cohesion at a local, national and international level. It aims to be a safe place of inspiration, celebration, learning and participation and, through the work that it does, to create trust, dialogue and understanding between people.

The key aims of the Hidden Gardens Trust are to

1. Continue to develop and operate the Hidden Gardens as an inspirational and accessible greenspace which promotes peace, sanctuary and inter-cultural dialogue on a local, national and international level.
2. Raise the profile of the Hidden Gardens, its ethos and the work that it carries out, at a local, national and international level.
3. Support the needs and aspirations of local communities through the development and delivery of appropriate partnerships and services.
4. Support individuals to play a full and active role in society by reducing social inequalities, improving health and wellbeing and inspiring creativity.
