Amanda is responsible for the day to day management of the Gardens, and increasing the sustainability of the organisation through fundraising and income generation. Her role involves business planning, programme development, creating strategic links with partners across the city, and ensuring standards of good practice.
Jean Gavin Head Gardener jean@thehiddengardens.org.uk
Jean’s role is to manage the maintenance and development of the Hidden Gardens to ensure public enjoyment and engagement with the Gardens. She also manages a team of Garden Assistants and volunteers called Green Fingers who support her role in protecting, conserving and enhancing the Gardens.

Clem’s role involves developing longer term creative and cultural programmes for the Hidden Gardens. She is currently working on the development of a 3 year arts programme called Culture Kitchen in the lead up to Glasgow 2014.
Donna Borokinni Community Programme Manager donna@thehiddengardens.org.uk
Donna’s role is to oversee the running of the community programmes at The Hidden Gardens, including the Cultural Cookery Group. She encourages community involvement and participation in the Gardens and with local food growing spaces in Pollokshields. Her role includes overseeing the running of community festivals and events.

Andrea’s role is to recruit, manage and support volunteers involved in the ‘Pathways to Change’ volunteering programme. Volunteers learn gardening skills, improve their health and wellbeing, make new friends and are involved in skill sharing whilst helping to meet the needs of the Gardens.

Paula’s role includes leading the Taskforce volunteer group on a Wednesday with the assistance of Volunteer Garden Workshop Assistants. She also runs a range of other gardening workshops which include working with schools in the allotment.
Sam Kelsall Training Officer
In partnership with Fairdeal, Sam is involved in developing and delivering a new horticultural training experience called ‘Help Yourself Grow’. Participants will include young people and adults with a learning disability who have expressed an interest in learning gardening skills.

Lucie’s role is to run the weekly Parent & Toddler Group – welcoming new families, supporting parents to run their own activities, and leading songs at the end of each session.
